This firm never offered to help or take my case - just a bunch of run around about an extremely sensitive topic. Ronald Kaplan is extremely rude, insensitive, and will cover up being “direct” with a potential client to save face for him actually being ignorant. It is not the fact that they did not take my case that makes me feel any type of way, it is how the Mr. Kaplan went about it, how he talked me, and how he made me feel.
