What an absolutely useless office staff. My wife and I attempted to establish care with Dr. Hart as new patients. After waiting three weeks for the appointment and being told over the phone when it was made that they had all of our insurance information on file, we arrived and were told it was put into their system as a self pay appointment. The staff refused to even attempt to look it up and made zero effort to assist. We were refused an appointment unless we paid cash for it. It’s not often that I leave a review…especially... read more

Most unprofessional staff I’ve ever dealt with !!! Friday afternoons your just out of luck they will hang up on you until you finally give up . My grandma got released from the hospital for heart problems and they couldn’t be bothered to update her meds for the weekend so she is terrified at home with nothing. If I could give them -5 stars that rating would still be too high
Dr Hart and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful. I feel like they understand and care about their patients.
