If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I were patients of Dr. Hart for several years. While I believe Dr. Hart is a good physician, the ongoing issues with office management and communication ultimately made it impossible for us to continue receiving care there. Over the years, it became increasingly difficult to reach the office by phone, and appointment wait times were often excessive. Amazing Dr.! He devotes a great deal of time, attention, and care to each of his patients. He is always helpful, and there is never a long wait. I place my health in his hands with complete confidence and highly recommend him!

What an absolutely useless office staff. My wife and I attempted to establish care with Dr. Hart as new patients. After waiting three weeks for the appointment and being told over the phone when it was made that they had all of our insurance information on file, we arrived and were told it was put into their system as a self pay appointment. The staff refused to even attempt to look it up and made zero effort to assist. We were refused an appointment unless we paid cash for it. It’s not often that I leave a review…especially... read more
