If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I were patients of Dr. Hart for several years. While I believe Dr. Hart is a good physician, the ongoing issues with office management and communication ultimately made it impossible for us to continue receiving care there. Over the years, it became increasingly difficult to reach the office by phone, and appointment wait times were often excessive.
