Went for an annual check up they bill me $500. The receptionist named Heidy keeps you on hold forever. The billing the department can’t help you. And no one wants to help you. The doctor was nice but he works with very unprofessional staff. They try to steal from you
"I went to this clinic a week ago, and the doctor's service was great. He handed a referral to the receptionist to send electronically to my insurance. I was waiting for the clinic that was recommended to me to call because I contacted them, and they informed me that they hadn’t received approval from my insurance. Dr Horowitz was great, but the rest of the experience was a let down. During my time at the office they took blood and ran various tests, and he told me that they would be contacting me within 2 weeks with the results of my blood test. After weeks without a call, I finally called them and learned that leaving a messaging won’t do much for you. I left multiple messages and wasn’t contacted back for weeks.
