In search of a new GI Dr and found Dr. Samuel & his Medical Assistant Ty to be exactly what I am looking for. The office and lab set up is very convenient. My questions regarding how to get an urgent message to both, provided assurance if I need them, I can leave message on a direct number. Routine questions go through My Chart. This is my response for the 2nd time for the same visit! ;-) Dr. Samuel listens to his patients & holds conversations with us like no other doctor. He is ALWAYS up-to-date on our other appts in every area of our health concerns. He noticed a book I was reading while waiting to see him & we discussed that subject as well. He also truly "looks" at his patients throughout the appointment & sees us beyond our GI concerns.
