Dr. Mason hears and listens to patient concerns. He practices the art of medicine as well as the science. He takes time to understand issues his patients are dealing with as well as explains in detail the options available to those under his care.
Don't rely on the portal for anything. Messages will be left unanswered. They can't be bothered to even acknowledge they received them. Don't ever request any appointments through portal! They claim they never received them even though you get sent an email confirmation... Don't the people on the phone to care about your time, your experiences with their services, or retaining clients.
He is kind and when he walked in i felt calm. He walked me what they can do to help me.
Excellent. I have had 3 colonoscopies with Dr. Mason. He demonstrates great competence and empathy.
Dr. Mason is very kind, and always listens to any concerns I might have. I've had doctors in the past that did not seem to care, this has never been the case with Dr. Mason.

I've been a patient for 10 years. Dr. Mason is a kind and thoughtful doctor. He explained what was going to happen before the procedure and talked to me after. He answered all of my questions. He is knowledgeable and compassionate.
