He's awful. We spent the whole session reading page after page of the office policy and didn't even know what the copay was. I would NOT recommend him!

I had the unfortunate experience of having this person as my marriage counselor. After he asked me 3 pointed questions my husband started to talk and would not stop. The list of lies and half-truths started to make me upset. When I tried to say that he is doing nothing but lying about me and his family, the good counselor told me to not interrupt my husband. I called Dr. Morgan to setup an appointment and he appeared cold and distant on the phone. Not friendly or welcoming to a new patient. When I asked for his address he refused to give it to me but instead told me to look at my authorization letter which I did not have in front of me. I cancelled.

I called several psychologists for mental health. Kaiser is horrible so I am looking to pay outside of my insurance. Dr Morgan was the only one to call me back. His first available appointment was two weeks out. He didn't call. I left him two detailed messages to reschedule. He called three days later and said "Hi I'm returning your call"...no apology, no explanation for missing my appointment. He said he would be available in three weeks.
