My husband & I stopped in today to schedule appointments for a scan. As luck would have it, there were two cancelations which we gladly accepted so we could make an appointment with requesting Dr. The technicians were lovely, on time & professional. I also have my mammograms done there which are equally comparable in their services.
Worst facility. My imaging was done over two weeks ago. I am currently sitting in my doctors office in Orlando for my follow up. Hope never sent my results. And apparently calling them on the phone takes an act of Congress to get anything done.
Autumn at Hope Imaging made my MRI very comfortable. It was my shoulder so I had to go in headfirst, she checked on me and spoke with me throughout the process, it made time fly and I felt safe that she was in control. Thanks Autumn.
From the front desk to back of house, everyone is professional and friendly. With special mention to Candace (Ultrasound) for her professionalism and warm smiley calming demeanor. Such a wonderful lady. Emily (CT scan) has a fun, approachable and calming personality. 100% professional. Yohayri greets you with a big smile when you approach the front desk.
