Austin was lovely, patient and thoughtful!
Everyone at Hope Imaging has been very professional and proficient. Galina was great as my sonogram technician. This is my third visit here and the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the overwhelming amount of plug-in scents used throughout the building. My nostrils are burning and I will have a headache all day from the visit. Please rethink the use of these scents as they are very unhealthy for everyone, especially those who are chemically sensitive or allergic to perfumes.
Every employee I was in contact with was kind, helpful, and very caring. I did not have to wait past my appointment time, and the appointment was fast and efficient without feeling rushed. I’m so glad we have a place like this in Vero Beach.
Autumn and David made the MRI experience quick and easy for my husband. Highly recommend!
Very clean facility. Relaxing atmosphere. Austin was respectful, courteous and explained all the steps involved for the text I was going to have done. I felt very comfortable.
