The doctor himself is great, with him leaving and the practice forcing you to find a new doctor and them not willing to take his patience became a problem. Doctor Buhain was my doctor from the day I turned 18 until he left 21 years later. I can't get the prescriptions I have been on for almost 20 years with the new doctors the office sent you to. Am so upset over the way HolyCross has handles the absence of Dr Buhain. After having the same wonderful dr for over 20 years, I no have to scramble and find a new one. We were given just a few doctor's to go to but most can't write prescriptions I need. Dr Buhain had a lot of elderly patients. I miss him greatly but of course wish him well.This transition has not been easy. Prescriptions are due for renewal but have nobody to go to. Never available. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff and front desk.
The first time here was extraordinary. Dr. Buhain was friendly, attentive, patient, and most of all interested in my concerns and reason for my visit. We engaged in conversation regarding the reason for my visit, and at no point did I feel dismissed or rushed. At the end of my visit I felt very confident and comfortable with Dr. Buhains' initial assessments and proposed treatment plan & was very pleased with the overall level of care and professionalism everyone in this office had provided.
