Dr. Boeding took 45 minutes to arrive to the appointment. I was told it would maybe be 15 minutes. I was being fitted in between other scheduled procedures. I expressed my dissatisfaction with iSpine providing false expectations about the time. Dr. Boeding wanted to blame me because that is how it works. I call it bad customer service. I was never informed this would be a trigger point injection. This process was very painful and didn't help me at all. No one considered my fibromyalgia. Be your own judge.
As always, Dr. Boeding found the trigger painful spots and injected them to help my pain. He’s been a gift to help with all my pain!
Dr Boeding, with ISpine Clinic, is the best!! He listens to you and explains things so I can understand. Very compassionate.
