Didn’t visit in person, was referred to him by a ReMax Realtor, Chip Underwood. He backed up a false narrative, that my deceased father’s Reverse Mortgage home would be foreclosed on in 30 days by Mortgage Company. I learned this isn’t the case or the normal. He’s also a Property Grabber looking for the short cash sale. Fortunately I called the Mortgage Company after 3 weeks to inquire of the terms.
