Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No, but they said they were going to! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? A little, it was faint but I noticed one Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility Was this provider's office clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They... read more

One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I did not feel safe with them at all. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
