Dr. Patel is most wonderful Doctor and trustful that you can go to for Bariatric Surgerys or any other general surgeries he is awesome and is very understanding with his patients likes to spend his time with patients and will explain his procedures to patients where their able to understand what their getting done. best doctor in town highly recommend him..

Dr. Patel was the bright spot in a terrible experience Methodist Hospital The Woodlands. He was kind, friendly, and compassionate with my daughter when she needed an immediate appendectomy. He came out and spoke to us after and left me me feeling calm. He explained everything and took time with us. I would highly recommend him! (Just not Methodist Hospital!)

i have had several persons in the community that my ongoing psychiatric coverage in the south florida area is consummately negligent. with dr manuel garcia, this experience was no different. first of all, he prescribed me a toxic dose of sertraline while on buspar. also, the doctor only works 4 hours a day and schedules redudantly so a 2 hour wait is not unusual. his office is cramped and many say my capacity for an insured work order was backlogged and i saw him every 6 months at a time

Dr. Patel shows compassion when every time he sees a patient. I would recommend him to family and friends for general surgery or bariatrics. I think Dr. Patel is personal and gives good information for post operative care. He takes his time to contact the nursing staff and OR staff when necessary. I highly recommend him for future surgeries.

My mother was admitted to the hospital through the emergency room. She had a variety of doctors and Doctor Patel was the only one that kept me sane and calm. He performed emergency surgery for my mother on a Sunday and saved her life. I can not say enough good things about this man.

He consulted on a mass found during hysterectomy & I was told to follow up with him.Jumped through hoops getting the authorization letter from my insurance, set up appt, went OVER my ins info with his staff. When I arrived they refused to see me saying they didn't take my ins. I asked them to call & verify because I had authorization. Staff was annoyed and rude, left me waiting 45,then said ok w/o ever getting confirmation of my coverage.Waited 30min more but felt very uncomfortable so I left.

One of the worst doctors I have ever met. He kept saying there was nothing there but there was a huge abcess. He would not even address the patient or look at the area. One of his associates with him stopped by one day and never even walked all the way in the room and told the nurse to take a picture and send it to him. Said it may be a spider bite but there were no external marks nor did he bother to look. STAY AWAY FROM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Patel is a great doctor, but his staff is the worst I have ever seen, Berta at the front desk is very rude, I needed doctors note sent to my office, never sent. I called because my wound was infected she said we will call you in two days to tell you what to do. I gave them my fmla paperwork and my sshort term Disability paperwork, paid $35 dollars to havre it completed a week has passed and still no paperwork. I called and I get told tomorrow, then went there and they said tomorrow again.
