Our window project was plagued with issues/ bad luck. We replaced 30 windows with Joyland, contracting with them in August 2025. Our project was finally completed 5 months later in early January 2026. Tried calling to get pricing on a simple cracked window all i can get is an AI tried working with it for about 7 minutes before giving up. Ai would not connect to real person
Very smooth experience! Jason was excellent at doing the work and providing updates when he had to return to replace a part that the manufacturer had messed up
Great quality, friendly service. Hard working staff who know their craft. We are very satisfied with our new roof! We highly recommend Joyland!
Way overpriced for a repair. Claimed it was due to needing multiple trips and material costs. Multiple trips weren’t needed since I gave exact measurements (it’s a standard new construction window), and material costs weren’t given either because they weren’t using manufacturer parts and couldn’t give part numbers. I’m sorry, but for more than 3 times the cost of a brand new window, I’ll go elsewhere.
