Very smooth experience! Jason was excellent at doing the work and providing updates when he had to return to replace a part that the manufacturer had messed up

Way overpriced for a repair. Claimed it was due to needing multiple trips and material costs. Multiple trips weren’t needed since I gave exact measurements (it’s a standard new construction window), and material costs weren’t given either because they weren’t using manufacturer parts and couldn’t give part numbers. I’m sorry, but for more than 3 times the cost of a brand new window, I’ll go elsewhere.
I had a great experience with Joyland Doors and Windows. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Andrew, who handled my custom door install, was especially fantastic.... polite, considerate, and incredibly skilled. He did an outstanding job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would absolutely recommend Joyland to anyone looking for quality work and top-notch service!!!
I just want to say it was a pleasure working with Brandon from Joyland. The install was quick easy very professional, and there was a small hiccup that they fixed immediately , I’d recommend them to anybody and the windows were not expensive very reasonable in pricing.
