I recently purchased 2 closet bi-fold doors. The 1st one was fine worked well. I ordered a 2nd door and the glue failed at the bottom. When I called the store to discuss, the sales guy was rude and not willing to help. I spoke to the store manager and he asked that I email him photos. I ended up gluing the door back together. Point is the sales guy was so rude that it put me off from shopping at this location again
Staff Became defensive when asked if they honour tax exemptions. For a business on First Nations lands they should be more accommodating. Zero stars for this business with zero respect for the First Nation people.
