I needed help finding a contractor and Customer Service were very helpful. Also I found a light fixture I was looking for. Rona provides excellent service.
Was helped out in the lumber yard by a super helpful young man who was happy to help with sorting and loading all the wood we purchased and it was a lot. Very happy with the experience at Rona today
Normally, I don’t like to complain about service; I understand that people can have a bad day or deal with difficult customers. However, this experience was disappointing. The store had only been open for about an hour when I arrived at 8:45 a.m. I asked if they had more aluminum strips; they only had five, and I needed eighteen. They checked the system and saw that the Langley location had seventeen. I asked if they could call the store to confirm and possibly hold them for me.
