Very rude workers. I came an hour before closing, I asked for help and everything I asked for they kept saying I wasn’t clear. Until they finally told me the truth and said they are closing soon and too come back another time. Every time I go to this Rona, they are rude and make me feel stupid. So, I left and went to Patrick Morin in Chertsey, 30 mins before closing. I got what I needed and left 10 mins before closing. Save yourself some heartache and drive to a better store with better costumer service.

Si un article est en spécial, vous êtes assuré de ne PAS le trouver à ce Rona! A chaque fois je me déplace pour rien... Ils ont déménagé pour agrandir il y a quelques années et finalement on trouve pas plus de produits qu'avant!
Employés et patron incroyable. J’ai eu un service hors pair avec Nathalie à la peinture qui s’est dévouée corps et âmes pour m’aider. J’ai eu besoin du service après vente par la suite et ils étaient 3 pour m’aider à régler mon problème. Le patron est arrivé et en 10 minutes je sortais avec un service incroyable encore une fois…. C’est recommandé et clairement que je serai une fidèle cliente… MercI et wow à toutes votre équipe
