Je souhaite simplement mentionner que, du côté de la cour, il serait important que le personnel porte davantage d’attention aux véhicules des clients. Par exemple, il arrive que du matériel soit accoté sur les véhicules. Je comprends que la cour est un endroit achalandé et qu’il peut y avoir des imprévus, mais un peu plus de vigilance ferait toute la différence et améliorerait l’expérience client.
