Staff don’t know their jobs! Ordered some roof membrane and told to come on Monday after noon. Repeatedly asked if they needed my number to call when ready for pick up and repeated told just need my name and to come Monday day after noon… well… I guess recording conversations will become my go to everywhere… get there and no one knows anything … my name taken not in computer… can’t find product and we drove an hour to get item not to be there.
