Very good Service and very good on the phone
Horrible store. Employees are friendly and understanding, but owner/manager sucks. I purchased a gallon pail of sico stain as that's what was recommended to me. The stain went on and started rippling right away. I asked my mom who is a stain/paint expert, and she said it looks like really poor quality stain. Normally, rona would take it back or at least offer a store credit, I even had my receipt. This rona says straight up "no returns". $80 down the drain with no satisfaction guarantee. Friendly staff and convenient location
Good place to shop. Convenient location, same knowledgeable staff as previously when it was a HOME store, but better selection of goods. Recommended.
