I was very happy with the great customer service I got the day I went into Rona. I went into the store with hopes of having the store find and print off a receipt from an online purchase that I made. To my amazement the woman who helped me was absolutely amazing. She was able to not only find my online purchase but she also printed it out for me. I was extremely greatful to her for taking the time to help me as well as she resolved the dilemma I had. Thank you
Asked at customer service " What type of wall panels do people use for a garage?" Custom service " No clue ask them" Employees have no regard for customers
Ordered $2000 in lumber from here and ended up picking through and loading all our wood by ourselves in the rain. Young workers were no help in the lumber yard. Lots of warped pieces, so we had to be careful which boards we took.
Cashier had 0 knowledge of what sold in the store and had no intention of trying to help or get help
