I was very disappointed with my experience. First of all, I found some of the staff to be unfriendly, which left a negative impression. Secondly, I purchased drywall, and I was concerned about both its quality and the way it had been stored. The drywall was noticeably damp, indicating it had absorbed more moisture than it should have. Additionally, the quality of the drywall itself seemed poor. We bought a house we are doing a full gut and reno on, stopped in to look at bathroom and kitchen items, web page said they stocked kitchen cabinets in the smiths falls store But when i asked about the cabinets a girl at the desk showed me to a very small sample spot and went to get another guy to help us. Going into Rona has been an awesome experience. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable . I also found a diamond in the rough. His name is Brian. He went above and beyond to answer my questions,he listened to me and knew exactly what I needed. I have been in retail for 27+ years, (management)so when I see wonderful customer service I believe in giving credit when credit is due. He was so humble and said "just doing my job".
