Great store and great staff that are always ready and eager to help as soon as you step in the door. When I am doing work in the area, they are my one stop shop for building supplies.
I recently visited the Rona in Smiths Falls to replace a cartridge in an Uberhaus shower valve. I had been to several Rona stores before but none of them could help me. The people at the Smiths Falls stores were extremely helpful and knowledgeable They were able to find a replacement cartridge for me in short order. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
Danny is absolutely a man for the job he makes sure your needs are met before u leave without a smile! Well i left with a smile i was their the other day and he recut me a key for my apartment as I was confused on the s well pleased with the service I received thank u Danny.
