Went in, showed an employee a photo of the closet door track I needed, he proceeds to give me another item and tell me "this will work fine". Didn't work. The store actually does sell the item I showed him in the photo. Lack of attention to detail made this a frustrating experience.
It’s a great store. Although it does get annoying to be asked by the staff every 2 minutes if I need help. I do understand it’s a BMR policy that employees do so, so it’s not their fault. But I was asked at least 9 times while I was there. You feel being watched. I just like going to the hardware store and take my time and not be bothered
Don't let the store size fool you . Its not as big as the mega stores but they have EVERYTHING you need. PLUS thousands of items you will never find at the mega stores . What is MOST IMPORTNAT is the staff which is highly knowledgeable on anything you need assistance with . The store is always very well staffed unlike the mega stores where you have to wait and often staff is not very knowledgeable.
