Recently walked into Rona in Powell River to inquire about paint products for a project I was working on. Received rudeness from the Person working at the Paint department. Found it extremely frustrating to deal with this person, which made me leave the store and seek my products elsewhere. In my opinion, this person should not be working in the public sector and representing the Rona outlet in Powell River
More than paint and 2 x4s. Good selection and access to appliances and bbqs. Watch for sales.
I was visiting from out of town, popped in to get a flood light. I spoke with Chris who was restocking aisle 12 (lighting). He was helpful and recommended the type of bulb I required. Went to cash out and the young fellow at the till, was abrasive and rude.
