I pulled up three minutes before closing to pick up one small piece for part of our renovations and the girl at the cash saw me pull up to the door, ran and locked the door and then ran to the back to hide. I have never been so disgusted with customer service and to think we were coming in to do all of our renovations with this Rona in Port Perry and now I will have my Contractor go elsewhere.
Great service and the staff are always helpful.
The store reflects small town ..friendly and knowledgeable staff...for a smaller store they have it all...The folks outback are very helpful and friendly. I use this store for all my building needs and will continue to do so..
