Always friendly & helpful.
RONA has always been one of my favorite places for home and garden projects. We ordered our gazebo from RONA online a few years ago and have been enjoying it ever since. It turned our backyard into such a nice place to relax. I also like visiting the Port Perry location when we need supplies or ideas for projects. The store is well organized and the staff have always been helpful. It’s a place I’m happy to keep coming back to.
I pulled up three minutes before closing to pick up one small piece for part of our renovations and the girl at the cash saw me pull up to the door, ran and locked the door and then ran to the back to hide. I have never been so disgusted with customer service and to think we were coming in to do all of our renovations with this Rona in Port Perry and now I will have my Contractor go elsewhere.
Great service and the staff are always helpful.
