Called and asked about ear plugs, simple. They told me they had washable, reusable earplugs and lo and behold I get there and they have none. Couldn't be bothered to walk 20 feet and check. Lovely. Also the store is dead and they're just sitting around. Amazing!

Very bad customer service I was just in there about a return, that I never understood, she thought I was getting worked up because I sat there for 10mins waiting while she's on her cell phone then tell me to f-off very unprofessional and I will never be back there
