I had a very disappointing experience at the RONA Pincourt on April 26. I selected a Pit Boss Pro Series 850 grill that was clearly displayed at $499 in the seasonal department and completed the purchase in full. The issue was only raised afterward during warehouse pickup, after the transaction had already been processed. At that point, I was informed the price was incorrect and would not be honored.
