You definitely have to be a certain kind of person to receive friendly service from these guys, Cindy is always great, mikes getting robotic and his help (buffers) are just brick walls you can't get through. I can't shop here anymore, other locals are still friendly such as Coop home, Economy lumber, Alberta hardware. 1 star for the attitude.
Extremely Disappointed with the Service and Product Condition I had a terrible experience dealing with this store regarding a shower door order. I was told I’d receive a call the next day with an update on the arrival—no one ever followed up. Every time I called, I was told the person who could help was either off or on a lunch break. The owner of this store is super friendly, and a fellow animal lover. I make the drive roughly once a month to go get dog food for my dog, whom is allergic to life! Tons of choices, quality dog food as well as other products for your animals needs! One suggestion I would make however, if your dog food has a "buy program" with it, be sure to keep your receipts, as it appears some staff members either don't know the alphabet, or how to file alphabetically, or just dont write down your purchase in their " filing system."
