great service when i go
First, I looked online for the 2 items I needed. Concrete mix and a couple pieces of pressure treated wood. Their website didn't show if they were available, nor any prices. So, I went to the store, asked about them, the cashier looked them up said they were available. I wanted to see the items first so she called a person in the yard who showed them to me . Doesn't take any coupons, and has mischarged me on multiple occasions
Horrible customer service! My 12 year old child was shocked at the service we got. Website is not updated with quantity of items , as well as they never have the stock that is on sale in flyer. I’ll drive 20 min to home hardware where I’ve always got great service.
