Refused a return despite being covered under Rona’s return policy. Said the store has their own policy. Emailing head office.
They are not very knowledgeable. I went in looking for glue for self-leveling mortar (primer), and at first she didn’t know what I was talking about. Then she directed me to paint primer… completely different product. Seriously—get some training, or at least take a bit of time to learn what’s actually in your store. Also, don’t go there if you’re looking for dry 2×4s. They’re stored outside, soaked, and heavy as hell. I’d rather drive 15 minutes down the road and get quality material somewhere else.
