In consideration of the fact that your business relies on the pockets of the small town you’re in, you’d think they’d have more respect and willingness for their customers. Clearly not.
I like using your online service/ pickup, and seeing if things are in stock. I have bought many things from extension cords, water softener salt, bricks, plants, construction cement, paint/ stain, and even a dishwasher. The service here is great. The only problem I have is during winter, you have a large area to show off your Christmas items, but there is only half an aisle, and maybe three, possibly 4 trees put up. For a smaller store Home Hardware actually tries harder, and has lots of items to choose from.
Russ at this location literally saved us. We had major plumbing issues but the store was closing in 10 minutes (we were 15-20 mins away). He stayed open so we could solve our issue. Pointed us in the direction of better priced product and was patient.
Smaller store. Limited in products. Has essentials.
