J’ai acheté des marches en bois traité , ils ont reçu 2 palettes qui étaient dans l’entrepôt et 2 jeunes les ont mis dans mon véhicule rendu à les installer j’me suis rendu comte qu’elles sont toutes fendues bord en bord , avec des gros trous ,personnels sans formation
Not only is it hard to find someone to help... but once we do, either they don't know much about whatever or they'll pretend they do, with somewhat a grain of rudeness. The staff needs to be first more polite and smiling. Second, have a minimum of knowledge on how the store works and what it has to offer. It's spring time now... busy time now... I will not be returning. I'd rather drive 15 minutes more... and come home with a smile on this beautiful spring day. Peace .
