I have been a patient of Dr. McKenzie‘s for many years. This summer, I went to her because I was having a lot of concerning Symptoms. My blood work came back abnormal, and we repeated it, and it still was abnormal. When I tried to get an appointment with the specialist, I was told that I had to wait 8 months as a new patient. I called every other specialist in that field and got the same results so I called back Dr. McKenzie‘s office, explaining that rather than wait eight months, could she help me in the interim? I’m not sure if the doctor knows but her staff is horrible. Her staff prevented me from seeing the doctor which could lead to life threatening situation. The office manager is all apart of the staff treating customer poorly. She really needs to fix her staff so she doesn’t lose her license to practice medicine.
