Great customer service. Staffs were friendly and gave me choices to pick from. Liked shopping here with my little one.
I went to the Rona in Embrun today and noticed that the signs were only in French. Last time I looked Embrun is part of Ontario. As an anglophone customer it would be nice to see bilingual signs in a store in Ontario.
Terrible service. One hand not talking to the other. Quoted a price, then go to order and am told a completely different price, original price not honoured. Came in-person multiple times only to be told to leave my name and number and someone will get back to me, to then be told on follow up call that I need to come in-person to order. Come in to order, told unable to help, leave name and number again. Are you kidding me?? Worst service ever. Manager useless.
