The employees there are so mean, especially the main cashier.
While they may not always have everything I need and the hours make it difficult to shop there, I can always count on JP to go above and beyond in assisting me and that’s the type of customer service that keeps me coming back. JP you’re the best, I don’t even bother asking for help if it’s not him or that kind lady at the front. Merci aussi des services bilingues!
I am currently on my 3rd build using Rona J Lalonde and fils and I’ve had the pleasure of working with Patrick Guindon. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable! I am very satisfied with the service I have been receiving. I would recommend everyone uses their service !
It seems like this Rona is close to shutting down…The cashier kept speaking French to English-speaking customers, which seemed like they were deliberately giving them a hard time.
