Tried to return a couple vents that were bought online my online order said that they could be returned at any Rona store. Well Rona in Fort st john has a policy that they don't accept online orders for returns and outright refused to take them back even with the receipt. Thanks for nothing we hauled them all the way up from Chetwynd. Won't be shopping there anytime soon anymore.
Management is rude to customer and employees, would recommend supporting this store in any kind of ways!

Went to Rona, in FSJ on Aug 21 around 4:50pm. I was told to remove my sunglasses as they are not allow wearing them in the store. My glasses are prescription transition and I can't see without them. Not wearing them causes more of a safety hazard. I will not be shopping there any more.
