This store has consistently terrible customer service and their sales associates have little to no knowledge of their own products. They are dishonest about their paint promotion after I had spent hundreds of dollars on product. They also have way higher prices than Rona online. Avoid at all costs.
Great and helpful staff. Managerial is very lacking. Went there to get some lumber for my projects. overheard a white-haired manager screaming at a young boy with a middle part. They both came out the manager angry and the boy smiling I guess workplace intimidation doesn’t work anymore. Good on the lad and good use of my first review. thank you Rona

I like rona because they are open till 6:00 And even when I got stucked on the road construction and was a bit late. I came to Rona at 5:59 and thought they will not assist me with lumber in the yard but they did which was very nice
