I like rona because they are open till 6:00 And even when I got stucked on the road construction and was a bit late. I came to Rona at 5:59 and thought they will not assist me with lumber in the yard but they did which was very nice
Tried to return a couple vents that were bought online my online order said that they could be returned at any Rona store. Well Rona in Fort st john has a policy that they don't accept online orders for returns and outright refused to take them back even with the receipt. Thanks for nothing we hauled them all the way up from Chetwynd. Won't be shopping there anytime soon anymore.
Management is rude to customer and employees, would recommend supporting this store in any kind of ways!
