Terrible online shopping experience. I ordered 11 of one thing and 1 of a different thing. First they said they were sending the shipment to the local Rona for pickup. Went there but shipment was not there, it was at the courier pickup. Picked up packages, I was short one package. Called Rona online shopping to inform them, they understood the problem and said they would find the missing package and email me back. 1 week went by, no update. It's always been a great experience interacting with the staff, but this is literally the worst Rona location I've ever seen due to consistent, extremely limited stock. It's going on 8 months, and some items are still not restocked. Do you need some outdoor light fixtures? Well, they have one in stock of one style, 2 in stock of another style, and so on. They never have anything! Basic things they never have. Should be called “we don’t have it” store. Wonder how much money they are losing by turning away contractors cause they never have anything. Not even black paint ffs
Home Hardware is better. Guys in the yard are funny.
