It's always been a great experience interacting with the staff, but this is literally the worst Rona location I've ever seen due to consistent, extremely limited stock. It's going on 8 months, and some items are still not restocked. Do you need some outdoor light fixtures? Well, they have one in stock of one style, 2 in stock of another style, and so on. They never have anything! Basic things they never have. Should be called “we don’t have it” store. Wonder how much money they are losing by turning away contractors cause they never have anything. Not even black paint ffs
Home Hardware is better. Guys in the yard are funny.
Happy to take your money not happy to help afterwards. Order desk is not helpful and if you can ever find them there they are slow and unhelpful. We were trying to place an order and asked for help based on pictures on the website She later said she knew it was wrong “I wondered why you would order that” but failed to say anything while we were standing at the desk asking for help!
