Friendly and quick service! Staff helped me and walked me through what I needed.
I am leaving 1 star only because you have to. We have been to this store a few time's now and the service is always the same…. Rude , unhelpful and they always seem to be put out when you ask for help. I asked for the manager one day and to be quite honest he was the worst , so I guess it stems from the top. We now go to the Port Hope location and or Home Hardware and are treated quite well!
I don't know why this store carries the Rona name. Anything you see in the Rona flyer or on the Rona website may, or may not be in stock. Calling ahead to find out is pointless, as the system this store uses and the Rona system are two different systems. The system used in the store here is not compatible with Rona's product number, so calling over to see if something is in stock is a waste of your time and theirs. This morning about 11 am,I needed a new pressure pump but needed to go to the washroom first. I asked the clerk behind the counter where the washroom was and he said the washroom in the store was only for their employees. I was very angry. I went to the shelf he pointed to, number 10, and didn't see any pumps either. He said that was it. He was about 50-60 years old. I don't know why rona would hire such an arrogant idiot.
