Kitchen designer was upbeat and welcoming. Made time for my husband and I after hours. Was a very positive first meeting.
Friendly and quick service! Staff helped me and walked me through what I needed.
I am leaving 1 star only because you have to. We have been to this store a few time's now and the service is always the same…. Rude , unhelpful and they always seem to be put out when you ask for help. I asked for the manager one day and to be quite honest he was the worst , so I guess it stems from the top. We now go to the Port Hope location and or Home Hardware and are treated quite well!
