Our fridge broke down on a Friday, we bought the new unit but no delivery was available till the following Tuesday. Laura the sales associate made a special request for a same day delivery and we had our fridge arrive same day! Delivery guys were friendly and more than efficient for taking out the old unit and placing the new. Great customer service.
Wow. Finally a store that uses common sense to make executive decisions to provide excellent customer service. Charles and Laura really went above and beyond to help me with something I urgently needed - --instead of being rigid. I had been trying to resolve a gift card issue with head office and it had been months of back and forth. The head office of Rona was brutally terrible.
