We want to give a big shout out to Eric at this RONA location! Called this morning because our workers had run out of drywall mud and we couldn’t find the right product. We are not local, Eric went above and beyond to help us find the product we needed and even arranged a speedy delivery for us since we were in a pinch! He processed the payment effectively and we got a receipt promptly. Thank you so much Eric for your professionalism and you’re willing to assist.
PSA to save anyone else time & gas: I was told today that ‘you cannot return items to this store that were purchased online if they do not carry the product and/or it is not over $300’. Instead, you will be told that the nearest “corporate” Rona that can process this type of refund is in Kitchener.
Excellent little store
I reached out about raw materials for a home renovation on short notice, and within a week all of the materials were delivered to my home! The staff made sure I had my materials on time and in perfect condition. I really appreciate their level of care and customer service!
Bought barbecue assembled very badly. Missing specialty screws for example. Now have to contact napoleon to try and get. Staff at store average.
