service is decent, but arrival took 2 hours from appointment, 1 hours from the service guy calling he "left".apparently on a weekend traffic jam takes like 2 hours from a 30 min distance regular workday.
Experience was okay. Quality of work was poor. The main reason I had hired them was to clean the ducts and furnace of an older home I recently bought. Ducting got “cleaned” and furnace didn’t get touched. Every part of the furnace was still covered dust including my blower. (No point in cleaning ducting if your going to blow dust through the system when “done”)The technician was not able to locate my furnace filter nor able to tell me if it even was equipped with one. I booked appointment 4pm. They come 4:45 without any phone calls and any other confirmation.
