Terry at the Service counter was wonderful. He was very patient and helpful with us as we navigated which product we needed. The staff here is always fabulous. A+
Wanted to buy a smoker. They had 2 in stock. Both built as floor models for no good reason leaving non still in box. Asked for a deal due to that and would have to haul it built and no way to unload alone. Was refused any deal and told I’m already getting one because they wouldn’t charge an assembly fee. Implying I couldn’t build it myself. This used to be a small town where they would offer to help but now it’s just cockyness. Still good in a pinch I guess but may as well go to Okotoks or Calgary for bigger purchases.
..........in debate whether headquarters calls back... an act of God guys educate yourself owners I hope the birds are pulling the Staples out and throwing them on the ground for people's tires to collect maybe a tornado.
