Privately owned store with the Rona name. Staff are friendly & helpful. Here’s the issue: website shows this location sells 2x4x8 stud grade $3.82. You ask to purchase stud grade $3.82 wood & get billed $4.98 for PREMIUM. When you point it out on your receipt the response is “we do not carry the $3.82 ones”. Gee I wonder why?? The answer being: price gouging in Cottage country with all of the building decks, docks, fences, cottages. Staff don't raise their heads to look at you and when they do it's to tell you they don't have the product that their web page says they have. This is not the first time it's happened twice before....last time shopping here. BMR much better service.
I have been using this Rona often lately and receive great service, friendly and helpful people always, in the store and in the yard. Prices and quality are great. Thank you
