Discipline and Ron’s gym it’s the best friends. It will take care of you like nothing else can. Professional equipment, comfortable breathing, the new conditioning filters are installed, and spacious clean premises. Great for lifters. I tried several gyms in Kits, but I stayed here. I’ve been a member for 3 years. Great for teens as well—my son is now a happy member too!
Great club! Best gym in Vancouver. It has huge studio with natural light. Full set of hammer-strength equipments for strength/weight training. They have wonderful group classes & best group instructors. Don’t hesitate to join this gym today!
I visited this gym and was initially allowed a free entry. Shortly after, the owner confronted me and pressured me to leave a 5-star review. Later, they also insisted that I write a positive comment and said I would need to leave a good review if I wanted to come back. I felt uncomfortable with the pushy approach. On top of that, the membership rate they offered me afterwards was very high for only two weeks. Overall, I didn’t appreciate the experience and wouldn’t recommend it.
