I've been a renting an office there for years. The administrative team is efficient, warm and personable. The atmosphere is great for working professionals looking for a quiet, but friendly environment. I've been very happy there.

My daughter is an elite level soccer athlete who accompanied her friend to try out the Ron Zalko Fitness Club located on W. 1st in Cornwall today. She is no stranger to buying memberships at numerous high level clubs in Vancouver and was considering joining the Ron Zalko Club this year because of her friend who works out there. The website advertised a free trial to try the gym, but when she arrived at the gym they told her she had to pay $26 drop in because they do not honour the free trial during World Cup.
