Narcissist Bully. Made mistakes in calculations and communications with tenants then gaslights and blame-shifts. Tenant left a huge hole when she left the doors wide open all summer--when a mouse left a big hole in the wall--he told me it was wear and tear!? Told me I would get 20% off for a second tenant. Nope, charged full price. Put an unsuitable tenant in the property who wanted to travel six months in the states over winter. Charged me $500 finder's fee for a tenant who only stayed three months. We have been fortune to have met Ron and Tammy as they had represented us in the purchase of our home in Greenwood.
