Brought a ring in for a repair quote, was quoted over $600 for 2 very small cubic zirconias (pretty, but worthless) and a very small amount of 10k gold to replace one missing gem. UMmmmm, no thanks. They could have literally just said no, instead of trying to overcharge me to have a family heirloom repaired.
