I brought my mother in to have her chain repaired today. The girl at the repair desk was so friendly and helpful (we asked her name, Rhonda). Everyone in the store was pleasant! Definitely the kind of service you expect in a small town! Highly recommend this store.
I just want to give a shout out to the staff at Ron Wilkins. Me, my brother and my niece came in the store today because my niece found an earing metal detecting, looked like it had a diamond in it (it wasn't) and she wanted for them to confirm. It was still a little treasure for her but the staff were so nice enough to straighten it out and clean it up for her and confirming that she didn't hit the jackpot. I know where I will be shopping in the future
