My experience at Ron Westphal Chevrolet was excellent. The service department was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would like to specifically recognize Service Consultant Richard Kruse for his outstanding customer care. He provided me with confidence that my SUV would be properly taken care of.
Excellent; I was greeted as soon as I arrived, my advisor understood the issue I was there for, and asked if there was anything else they should look at, and just like that, I was in the waiting room, and the truck was being worked on. This was a routine service, so the truck was back in no time, and I was out of there. Couldn't ask for anything more on a quick service.
