Quick response time I called and and drove right in, 2 minutes time
Although there was a long wait for the actual parts for my truck to come in, that was due to the manufacturer not the dealership. When my parts came in Nate called me immediately and got me scheduled the next day and just in case the work to longer than expected, he provided me with a loaner vehicle so I could still be able to pickup my child later that day. But didn’t even end up needing it cause they finished same day and I was on my way
