Ron Weaver use to have an excellent staff. Since he changed his staff the service is a disaster. I suggest another agent and State Farm should not allow this agent to represent their company.

Something has definitely happened in the last six months at Ron's office. I've been with Ron since the mid-90's and up until recently their service has been exceptional. But recently they've dropped coverage of a new property and I didn't learn of the event until the lender notified me that they were about to obtain coverage for me because State Farm had canceled the coverage. The lady in this office is a train wreck. She canceled the insurance on one of our houses for no reason, and mixes up addresses, accounts and basic information. My wife and I are beyond frustrated. Pure incompetence. Strongly recommend another agent.

I don't hate that place those guys do me right over there I can't believe the deal they gave me on my insurance.

We have been served by Ron Weaver's office in Reno, Nv since 2002 and my parents before that. I have not actually met Ron and he never handled my policies, but everything went smoothly until the recent change of staff in November of 2019. The staff Lea Mejia and Tia Mejia have been very poor in communication and have not resolved three simple tasks of reporting to loan companies insurance policy information. It is forcing us to consider other insurance companies.
