Called over a month ago because my vehicle has been shaking, a gasket/valve cover is loose and overall seems like it is about to break down. Never received a callback for a quote like I was told and then my husband made an appointment last Monday for today and they don’t have us on the schedule today. Called Zimmerman’s and they’re telling us the cheapest route is to add oil ourselves because we need a new motor.
