They did a home inspection for me and missed a big patch of mold that was growing behind the hot water heater. There was mold spores on the wall behind the hot water heater and a/c unit. It cost me $6,000 to remediate the mold and rebuild the a/c box and rebuild the plenums. We also had to clean out the a/c connector boxes in the attic and downstairs along with the a/c vents. I wouldn't of purchased the house if they would of found the mold.
