I have had absolutely zero truly positive experiences at car dealerships in my 56 years until I went to Ron Tonkin Kia yesterday. Jared P. was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. Not only that, but the financial/paperwork department person was also friendly, clear, and detailed. 5 stars from top to bottom!
Hands down the best experience at a car dealership I’ve ever had. No bait and switch with pricing, just straight forward honest communication. They actually honored the deal exactly as advertised. I told them I would come in but I didn’t have much time. The car was out front and ready. In just over an hour I was able to test drive and finalize all the lease paperwork. Jared (my salesperson) was amazing. Responded quickly and really took care of me. Will definitely use them in the future.
I am over 40 and have never financed a vehicle before. I didn't know what to expect. People tell horror stories about buying a used car. Donovan and his team helped me get into my dream truck. There were 3 gentlemen involved in the sale and financing. All 3 were friendly and helpful. I never felt like they were being dishonest at any time. Steve was personable and thorough in his presentation and help . He showed options and gave me opportunity to test drive , clearly answering my questions .
