The Ron Tonkin website was super informative for us to use and see inventory before visiting. We were greeted by sales associate Jacob Linn who helped us immediate test drive the 2 options we were considering. We didn't feel rushed. We drove each until we felt comfortable and during the whole time Jacob was informing us of all the feature and benefits between the two. What an amazing process this was for me. Aimen was so incredible at quickly responding to my calls and messages and getting me exactly what I was looking for. I sent him what I wanted and when I got the dealership he was waiting outside to greet me. We went on a test drive, he provided me with the carfax and other information about the vehicle. If I could give them a 2.5 rating, I would. They earned a solid C- grade. Pros: Jared was pleasant to deal with Cons: I told him since we lived nearly 4 hrs away, we would have to relay on him to look over the car for us. He was polite enough to send us a video. However, he failed to mention the crack in the windshield and felt backing was falling off the back of the 2nd row seat. They ordered the wrong part and so now I had to fix it. Benjamin was a great person to work with. Very down to earth and kind. This review in no way reflects poorly on his abilities and value on the team here, I just want to start off by making that clear. I have had absolutely zero truly positive experiences at car dealerships in my 56 years until I went to Ron Tonkin Kia yesterday. Jared P. was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. Not only that, but the financial/paperwork department person was also friendly, clear, and detailed. 5 stars from top to bottom!
