Incompetent. Had a recall performed on my vehicle that turns out was not applicable to my vehicle. The result was a technician drilling a hole the the bed of my truck because that's "what Ford says to do". Would be fine if my truck needed to recall performed but that fact that it did not and the technician proceeded to drill the hole anyways. The hole is not the issue. The issue is they did not have the common sense to think before drilling and didn't feel the need to even report or seal the bare metal caused by their mistak... read more
