Terrible on every level imaginable. Ron the Sign Man was recommended to my client by one of her contacts. I made the disastrous choice to use him instead of my usual vendor for lawn signs. First, I had to contact Ron about a dozen times after he committed to taking our order to remind him to actually follow through. That was the first red flag.
